Privacy Policy

What we actually collect. No boilerplate.

Last updated: June 2026. Plain language, scoped to what this site actually does — not a generic template.

Not legal advice — but this is accurate

This page describes what travailventures.com actually does today. It is kept honest on purpose — if something here stops being true (a new feature, a new tool, a new way we collect data), this page gets updated before that feature ships, not after.

Who we are

Travail Ventures operates this site. Our website address is: https://travailventures.com.

Comments

This site does not have a comment system enabled. Nothing in this section applies — there is no comment form, no Gravatar lookup, and no IP address collected through comments, because there is nowhere to leave one.

Media

If we publish images on this site, we try to strip embedded location data (EXIF GPS) before uploading. If an image still has it, a visitor could technically extract it — standard for any website, not specific to us.

Cookies

This site does not have user accounts or a login system, so there are no login cookies, no “Remember Me” cookies, and no screen-options cookies. If that changes, this section gets updated before the feature ships, not after.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field — including whether you’ve selected “publisher” or “builder,” since that just tells us which kind of reply to send. That information goes to our inbox so a real person can reply. It isn’t sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond responding to you.

Embedded content from other websites

If a page on this site ever embeds content from another site (a video, a map, a tool), that embed behaves the same as if you visited the other site directly. They may set their own cookies or track the interaction the same way they would if you visited them yourself. We don’t control that — we only embed things from sources we trust.

Who we share your data with

We don’t share contact form submissions with anyone outside Travail Ventures. This site does not currently have user accounts, so there is no password-reset flow and nothing to send in one. If that changes, this section will say so plainly.

How long we retain your data

Contact form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to you, and for a reasonable period after in case of follow-up — not indefinitely, and not for marketing you didn’t ask for. There is no comment system, so there is no comment data retained indefinitely. There is no user registration on this site, so there is no stored user-profile data.

What rights you have over your data

If you’ve contacted us through this site, you can ask what we have on file for you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Email hello@travailventures.com and we’ll handle it directly — there’s no support ticket system standing between you and an actual answer.

Where your data is sent

Contact form submissions go to our own inbox. We do not currently run an automated spam-detection or comment-checking service, because there is no comment system on this site.

Read this if you’re a FERAL publisher or advertiser

This policy covers travailventures.com only. FERAL (feral.travailventures.com) is an ad-serving product, and ad serving inherently involves more data — impressions, click tracking, IP-based bot filtering, and advertiser/publisher account information.

FERAL has its own, separate privacy policy written for what it actually does, not reused from this page. If you’re a FERAL beta publisher or advertiser and haven’t been pointed to that policy yet, ask — it should exist before any real ad inventory or tracking data is involved.

This page is kept accurate on purpose — it describes what this site actually does, not a generic template. It is not legal advice; review with a lawyer before relying on it for compliance purposes.
